AFTER SALE SERVICES FOR ANIMALS BOUGHT FROM OUR KENNEL AND OUR CATTERY

We take in "boarding" only animals born from our kennel and our cattery.

For puppies, our health guaranties are 15 days for viral diseases, 20 days on Distemper and 2 years on all genetic problems keeping the animal from having a normal life.

In our health contract, there is a section named IMPORTANT FOR THE ANIMAL which stipulate that no animal coming from our kennel or our cattery can be place in a refuge, a rescue facility or society for animal protection or all other terms used to describe places where animals are left, dumped or abandoned. They must be return to us without expenses and the customer pay the transport for the animal to come back to our place. We do not buy them back, but we will give them the best care.

Nobody can act as an agent or reseller using an animal born from our kennel or cattery.

It can happen in the life of an individual that the animal cannot be kept, for all sorts of reasons, and we can understand that. A person can be living a situation in his/her personal life where it is impossible to keep the animal. Of course nobody parts from his/her animal with pleasure, but animals which are bought at our kennel or our cattery always have a place to come back to.

As responsible breeders, we do our share so that refuge, society for protection of animals and other similar places, are not overcharged with abandon animals.

For this we spay/neuter the animals before they leave our kennel and our cattery, so they do not reproduce and we take back those born from our breeding when their owners cannot keep them anymore.
